Call for Consultants: Mapping Exercise: DRC

The HIV and AIDS unit has prioritized engagement in the DRC as a priority in 2010. Given the complexities of the region, the dearth of information on HIV in the country, the multiple levels of role-players we feel we are not in a position to effectively identify key partners. To this end we intend to employ a consultant.
